YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute installation of Chemical Mechanical Planarization and Bevel Polishing platforms at customer sites in accordance with approved procedures, technical documentation, and project schedules
  • Perform equipment commissioning, testing, and validation in accordance with quality standards
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system interface (Graphical User Interface) issues arising during installation and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Prepare and maintain accurate installation records, checklists, issue logs and completion reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Interact with customer and/or with the site manager for reporting progress of installation, reporting the follow up of troubleshooting and adjust the installation accordingly to the plan.
  • Travel to domestic and international customer sites as required

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Professional experience in equipment installation, field service, commissioning, or maintenance of semiconductor equipment or complex industrial systems
  • Strong knowledge of vacuum systems, pumps, or semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferred
  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in customer-facing technical environments and managing customer pressure
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work on customer sites with, at least, six weeks dispatchment.
  • Valid driver's license and passport for international travel
  • Fluent English and German, both written and spoken
